Terms of sale

1. Seller

These Terms govern the sale of digital products by InRegi Sp. z o.o., ul. Obornicka 26, 62-002 Złotniki, Poland, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0001047718, NIP (tax ID) 9721341606, e-mail: contact@inregi.com (“InRegi”, “we”).

2. Products

InRegi sells licences to use technical-analysis indicators for TradingView (“Indicators”) as single indicators or bundles, on a subscription basis. The Indicators are analysis tools; they are not investment advice (see the Risk disclaimer).

3. Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Indicators on one TradingView account for the paid period. You may not share access, resell, copy, decompile or attempt to reproduce the code. All rights to the Indicators, their code and materials remain with InRegi.

4. Orders and payment

[Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record — to be confirmed: Paddle / Lemon Squeezy — which issues the invoice and handles VAT/sales tax.] Prices are shown in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

5. Access

Access is granted to the TradingView username you provide, usually within [24 hours] of payment. Delivery requires an active TradingView account; some TradingView plans limit the number of indicators per chart.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal is lost once supply has started with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost. 8. Liability

The Indicators are provided “as is”. InRegi is not liable for trading losses or for decisions made using the Indicators, nor for the availability of TradingView or market data. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the last subscription period. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights of consumers under mandatory law.

9. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to contact@inregi.com. We respond within 14 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. EU consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; changes apply to subscription periods starting after the change is published.
