1. Controller

2. What data we process
- Contact data: e-mail address and the content of messages you send us.
- Customer data: TradingView username, name and e-mail provided at purchase, subscription status.
- Payment data are processed by our payment provider (Merchant of Record); we do not receive card details.
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) kept for security.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
- Performing the contract and granting access — Art. 6(1)(b).
- Accounting and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c).
- Answering messages, security and establishing or defending claims — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).
- Newsletter or marketing e-mails — only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a).
4. Recipients
Hosting and e-mail: OVH SAS / OVH Sp. z o.o.; payment provider [Paddle / Lemon Squeezy — to be confirmed]; TradingView, Inc. (to grant script access); e-mail provider Google (Gmail); accounting office. Some recipients may process data outside the EEA on the basis of an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Customer data — for the duration of the subscription and then for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the tax year). Messages — up to 3 years. Server logs — up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@inregi.com.
