Documentation
1. Getting started
- Choose an indicator or bundle and complete the purchase.
- Provide your TradingView username — access to the invite-only scripts is granted to that account.
- On TradingView open Indicators → Invite-only scripts and add the indicators you need, e.g. InRegi Bat ▲ Harmonic Detector and InRegi Bat ▼ Harmonic Detector.
- Keep the default settings at first. Patterns appear on closed candles; a swing point is confirmed after a short delay.
Some TradingView plans limit the number of indicators per chart — add only the patterns and directions you trade.
2. Concepts
| X–A–B–C–D | Five swing points of a harmonic structure. X–A is the initial leg; B and C are retracements; D is the projected completion inside the PRZ. |
| PRZ | Potential Reversal Zone — the area where several Fibonacci measurements of the structure meet (e.g. an XA retracement or extension, AB=CD and the BC extension). |
| B zone | The allowed range for point B as a fraction of XA. It is the main filter that separates one pattern type from another. |
| C levels | Retracement levels of AB where C may form. The minimum is the AB leg 38.2% retracement (0.382) — widely used as the main shallow-correction level in Fibonacci retracement and Elliott wave methodology. Shown with a background while the pattern forms. |
| Live preview | The potential B and C zones and the PRZ (D) of a pattern that is still forming (“Forming” row in the panel). When XA forms and price reaches B, these are only potential zones. |
| PRZ vs D | They are not the same. The PRZ is the zone built from the combination of all measurements; D is the main level inside it — the main entry point. |
| X–A measurement | X–A is measured in two ways: classic — from the swing low/high to the swing high/low — and Strong Momentum X–A — X at the start of a smooth, impulsive move. When B meets the rules for both, two patterns can appear on the same move, with different PRZs because X sits in a different place. Both meet the pattern rules; the indicator shows both and leaves the choice to you. When the move is smooth, both measurements give the same X and only one pattern is drawn. Both options are on by default and can be switched off in the settings. |
| AD levels | Target levels measured from the actual D (the furthest price reached in the PRZ), by default 38.2% and 61.8% AD. |
Default levels follow common harmonic methodology and the authors' trading experience; they are not a guarantee. You can test them against your own system (backtesting).
3. Statuses & panel
| READY | X–A–B–C is valid and the PRZ is projected. Price has not reached the PRZ yet. |
| IN PLAY | Price touched the PRZ. D follows the furthest price inside the zone. |
| Completed | After the PRZ, price reached at least the 38.2% AD correction, measured from the actual D (PRZ respected). On the candle that makes a new D, only its close counts toward the correction. If price reaches the invalidation level first, the pattern is invalidated. |
| Invalidated | A rule was broken (invalidation level touched, C beyond A, B outside its zone…). Hidden by default; enable Show invalidated patterns to see a grey outline with the reason. |
| Panel | Pattern and direction, status, PRZ, entry, SL with risk %, AD levels, R:R to the first AD level and the forming pattern. |
4. Levels
| Stop level | A potential reference stop for risk calculation — not a rule. Hitting it does not end the pattern; the invalidation level does. In every indicator the stop level sits before the invalidation level; the stop loss of the R:R projection is placed at the invalidation level. |
| Stop Zone | A range used instead of a single stop where the pattern rules define one (e.g. Alt Bat 1.272–1.414 XA). |
| Invalidation level | Beyond this level the structure is no longer the pattern — status changes to Invalidated. |
| Projections | Optional: Position projection (R:R) — from the PRZ (D, main level) to the 38.2% correction that validates the setup — plus B→C projection and C→D projection. They show fixed levels taken from the main levels of the pattern and visualise risk/reward of a hypothetical position, but do not guarantee that price will play out that way — price may only just touch the PRZ and the setup is still in play. Off by default. |
5. Alerts
- Add the indicator to the chart.
- Create an alert, choose the indicator as the condition and select “price touched PRZ”.
- Set frequency to Once per bar.
The alert fires in real time on the first touch of the nearer PRZ edge by a visible READY pattern, once per pattern. A touch during a candle is not confirmed by a close. After an indicator update, delete and recreate the alert.

8. Repainting policy
All pattern logic runs on closed candles only — no future data, no lookahead, no higher-timeframe requests. A drawing can still change after a candle closes, always according to the pattern rules:
- before C reaches C min, a deeper extreme in the B zone moves B;
- in READY, a close beyond C (before the PRZ) moves C and redraws the PRZ;
- in IN PLAY, D and the AD levels follow price deeper into the PRZ;
- invalidated patterns are hidden by default;
- old drawings are removed by Number of recent patterns kept and TradingView drawing limits.
Fixed: X and A once the swing is confirmed; B once C min is reached; C once the pattern is IN PLAY; everything after Completed or Invalidated.
